Video Editor
We are looking for a Video Editor who is keen to work within a small, agile in-house creative team - taking ownership of projects and is ready to grow with us. You will be working on a wide range of projects and will be key in producing outputs that you, and our clients, will be truly proud of. If you are driven, creative to the core and want to be part of a tight-knit team then you will be right at home.
// The right candidate will have:
Amazing editing skills and an interest for all things video
3+ years experience in working in a similar role (agency, freelance, post-house etc.)
Strong time and project management skills
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented settings
A genuine passion for filmmaking and the creative industries
Ability to commute to work in our studio in Leith, Edinburgh
// The skills we need:
Expert in the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Premiere Pro)
Solid experience of editing and delivering branded content
Strong colour matching, correction & grading skills
An ear for music and the ability to select and edit to different production music
Autonomously managing post-production and creative direction
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
An entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy taking the lead on projects
From pre to post-production, you must be willing to get involved with all stages of the process while working closely with the rest of the team and the end client. We are a small core team and joining us means becoming an integral part of the company - we move fast, produce fast and have a lot of fun along the way.
// Responsibilities include:
Project Management: Managing multiple projects at any one time and ensuring briefs and deadlines are met with meticulous attention to detail.
Creative Input: We are a small team and make decisions together - we want you to act as a voice during all stages of production to ensure the best outcomes.
Data Wrangling: Handling all the data we create with a methodical approach. From ingesting, backing up and maintaining our footage archive.
Colour & Sound: Ensuring all outputs have been colour matched, corrected and graded as well as adding production music and SFX as required.
Final Delivery: Produce work that everyone can be proud of, consistently adding creative flair to projects, being mindful of distribution and formats.
Trend Monitoring: Keep an eye on current and upcoming trends to ensure our content is working as hard as it can for our clients.

Digital Triangle is a creative production company specialising in branded video, motion graphics, and photography. We take care of the production process from start to finish, getting our clients better content, faster. We are a small, ambitious, multi-disciplined team driven by a passion for the craft and a desire to make the world of production much simpler.
// Flexible Working
We will always aim to be as flexible as possible with working hours, days, locations etc, but due to the nature of some of our jobs there will be times where we need to be in the studio, away on location or sometimes work outside of normal hours. This role will predominantly be studio based with the potential to travel within the UK and abroad.

8 Shore, Leith - right on the waterfront in the centre of Edinburgh’s most creative community. We are a dog friendly office.
// Salary & Benefits
Expected Start Date: March/April 2026
Starting Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum (Salary is DOE, which can increase based on performance and time within the team.)
5% company contributions to workplace pension scheme
