Mavi Studios (our home) is located on the Shore in Leith, right in the heart of Edinburgh’s creative community. Large windows looking onto the river, an in-house studio which has been acoustically treated, dedicated kit storage room as well as a private meeting room.
Collaborating with fellow creatives offers so many benefits. Shared inspiration, brainstorming, and mutual support - plus the all-important chats about last night's TV - can elevate your work and wellbeing. By bringing multiple creative disciplines together and providing a space to work alongside like-minded individuals, we aim to spark exciting new partnerships and projects.

As well as the facilities all being available to the resident creatives, the studio facilities are also available for dry hire.
A perfect space for video & audio podcasting, headshots, product videos and much more. The studio is 5.5m long x 3.2m wide, has been acoustically treated with sound panels, has 2 large East facing windows with black-out blinds, RGB accent lighting and a LED wall mounted TV.
All the electricity comes from 100% renewable sources, there is gigabit fibre internet, a bean-to-cup coffee machine and tea facilities, toilets and a reception area for clients to relax. External catering from a local social enterprise is also available on request.
We also have a range of Colourama backdrops, camera, lighting and audio equipment that can be hired for use in the studio.
